Hat paintings by Chrisopher Lea Dunning

Every year, Ottawa painter Christopher Lea Dunning holds an open studio in his charming home in the Byward Market.
This year's show was called "Hats" and was held on Saturday May 5 and 6.

"The works, which are portraits of my hats, are small format canvases in oil and drawings in Indian Ink. These hats with nothing in them are whimsical and fantastical floating in spaces both abstract and narrative.

Here's a video of the works put together by the artist.
